Electrical connector problem

Does anyone know how to disconnect this connector? Removing front bumper for a hidden winch mount, and I’m stuck! Don’t want to break it!

If I remember correctly there's a lever on the side?

Got it, you pry the black retainer up a bit, and rotate the whole white clip 90 degrees and it comes out. Thanks
