Electric chair rail's bearing

I had to repair the chair's electrical mechanism.
I followed some YouTube videos, the work was quite easy and I tried to work in an orderly manner:

I also found out what caused the plastic gears to eat - one of the rails of the chair was moving heavily, which overloaded the gear to the point of breaking its teeth.
I put WD40 in the bracket and tried to move it back and forth, until the rear ball bearing flew out of it...

Now for the questions:
1. How can I disassemble the two parts of the rail and install a new bearing in it?
2. Where can I get such a bearing or do I have to get a whole rail?
3. I understand that there is a metal gear that replaces the plastic one. I'd love a link to a product that fits.

Gamiviti in the US sells a kit with a tougher type of plastic. Lots of good information on his website.

You could also write and ask him about the torn up bearing

The reason the gears strip in the power seats is is usually due to the end cap that holds the drive/worm gear backs out and the whole assembly goes to s***. Get the Gamavitii replacement gears and the seat gaurds from SolveFunction. Never mess with them again after installing both of these.

The gears and end cap will be solved.
The main problem now is the rail's bearing.

Doesn't appear that the bearing is available as a separate part, there are inner and outer tracks, Left Hand side and Right Hand side but all seem
to be discontinued.

Which track (inner, outer) and which front seat side (LH, RH) is the bearing from?

You may have to find a used/replacement track. Check out the Classifieds Parting Out section, someone may ship it to Israel if not available locally.

I'm trying to figure out how to separate the 2 parts of the rail in order to gain access to the bearing.
Don't know if its possible without the angle grinder...

Typically a little white lithium grease is all you need on those. They free up on their own

I will definitely use white grease when I put the mechanism back together.
Right now the challenge is finding the bearing or a used rail.
