Elections for next years Board of Directors

I will set the schedule very similar to last years unless anyone has any input or ideas,

Not to get too technical, but, the club being a corporation, I believe there is a fiduciary responsibility for the (2015) BOD to hold a club meeting and plan the path forward for Yankee Toys, Inc. And collectively decide to either assign the management responsibilities to a new BOD or close the business. IMO it will take as much effort to keep the going for another year as will to close it down, but that decision is up to the club.

I'm happy to be the Fall Gathering chair-as long as we have a full functioning, communicating board of directors.

I'm also willing to step back into the BOD as treasurer and clean up the last few financial snafus that are existing from previous years.

There's been a lot of talk in these parts for awhile but no action.

So it looks like we have for 2016 BOD:

Bob OConnell
Tom Orsini
Ed Palau
Randy Elkin

If nobody has any objections we will get to work.

It sounds good to me. I don't know much about the club a I have only been a member for two years, but I am willing to pitch in if you need assistance with anything.

I guess it is that time of year, I believe all BOD positions are open, Who is interested in helping out this year?
Current BOD

President - Tom Orsini
Vise Pres - Ed Palau
Treasurer- Bob O'Connell
Secretary- Randy Elkin

I'm very new to the club, just joined a few weeks ago. But I'd love to help out where I can. I'm not new to the Nea though, I was Green Mountain Crawlers delegate 2010-2014, and nea secretary in 2015, wile my wife took over as gmc delegate. We also have 70 acres with trails here in royalton VT that is available for runs if needed and is where the 2014-15 November nea meeting was hosted. Let me know where I can help!

Thanks for reaching out Rattlewagon. We are always looking for club support. A member with trails is an extra bonus.
Im not sure what the wheeling schedule is for 2017 yet? We will probably be having a BOD meeting after the first of the year and will keep all of our options open.
What kind of trails do you have? Stock? Intermediate? Buggies? We are always looking for some new options to grow our club.

I am avail to lend a hand too. I am on mud fairly often but just tend to flake out on the club page. LMK if I can be of any help from CT... Commitment and keeping up on it isn't always the easiest but I'm as much a work in progress as my truck is. I've taken chairs in the past for different groups tho its been years.

The main trails can be run by a stock rig, but they arnt very long. Pretty much just good for spectating. There are an abundance of class 4 roads around, but I havent been on them in years. We do have the ability to cut easier trails if we want to. Most trails are pretty narrow and slippery with a few rocks and roots thrown in. Were wheeling here Dec 3-4 if anyone wants to check it out.

I have a ton of videos and stuff, but I wont clog this thread up with that.
