The time has come once again to start thinking about who will help lead our club in the coming year. If you are interested in a leadership role please volunteer. If you know someone that is interested please nominate them. We will be taking nomination up until November 12th. Ballots will be sent out via email by Survey Monkey on November 16th. Elections will be finalized by December 16th or sooner if all ballots are returned. The following positions are up for nomination: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Membership Director, Secretary/Communication, NEA Delegte, & Trail Director.
If you do not wish to run for a position but would like to help out we can always use additional coverage for the NEA Delegate meetings and we can always use people to help out leading trail rides.

Due to a lack of participation looks like we will be extending the election process. Currently only 2 people have shown interest in helping out with the club.

So far in board we have Russ Durning continuing his role as NEA delegate. Tom Orsini continuing as trails director, & Ed Palau continuing as membership director. There are still vital positions that are open waiting for you to step up and volunteer your time for this club. This is something that we all are capable of doing so please step up. If you are unsure don't worry there are many resources in the club that will be able to help you out, answer your question and point you in the right direction. If you have any questions about any position don't hesitate to ask.
Thanks
Will

Josh, Will what about you guys?

The ship is not going down? :flush:
We do have a good Toyota family here. Although we are spread out all over the place and only see each other once or twice a year. I'm sure we can get a group together to keep everything going. Probably after the holiday season when the craziness ends for me. Everyone has something that they can offer to the club. We all love our trucks, want to wheel and drink beer:beer:. That will not end for any of us.
I'm always here to help with anything needed. Having a young family and a commission only career
Mr. President responsibility would be a true challenge for me.
If anyone wants to chat just pm your cell and I will call you back.
Just a couple things from Ed Palau the raffle guy.

So was there ever an election?

February 6th- ish, I am assuming YT will continue to be an NEA member?

I believe that the insurance for our event is somewhat linked to being part of the NEA. If that is the case, the membership that was paid will still be used for NEA dues. On a side note NEA is open to schedule trail rides so if we continue Tom you can sign up for some dates on trail rides.

if we continue

That is a disconcerting statement. If there is zero interest by members to manage the club moving forward, it will have to be formally closed down.
