After 3 cranks she fired right up... she’s been sitting for a few years but very clean internals and fluids. I had to fix a lot of wiring but all seems good now.. Seemed to run just fine but I didn’t want to run it too long without looking everything over. Turned the key Off and she kept on going.... maybe shes tired of sitting....

Turns out the Black/Yellow wire of the ignition is always powered! It was powered before it reaches the ignition. After some diagnosis it looks like the field terminal (lower spade) on the alternator is giving power the black yellow through the white/green ( conected at the firewall) which is needed for the 2nd alternator connection.

Does this mean the wiring in the alternator is messed up?

Thanks

Solved. For some reason the middle alternator Clip had power on my 60 alternator. I thought this is where the ignition wire was suppose to be.
