Delancy-

Hit me up if you want to rehome some fenders.

At that sale price, I'd be foolish not to consider selling and re-investing into the any number of the fenders I already have with the balance in the rest of the 72, but I doubt they're really "worth" that, so I'll probably sell the fenders I've accumulated that need work in the hopes of recouping what was spent.

Honestly, the fenders on the 71 parts Pig "were" in best shape of any.....before I kinked the DS front corner. It's a superficial wound, but sucks nonetheless.

Have many others that are ready to go, the better of the pick being these that need patched on the lower, same as all others.

Only lowers at this point.

Most creative use of expansion foam on the lower flats, that I've seen used on body work, but bonm's lower patches would make short work of.

you sure that's expansion foam and not bondo...that's what my 75's fenders look like (well, the one that hasn't lost the bondo yet).

May be bondo on the surface, but the backer is foam.

When I went to Cruiser Corps, I didn't pay much attention to these, since I had wanted the front of another, that was in very, very good condition.

Mike decided not to sell what I had requested, since it was a complete shell, all in good shape, but these weren't in the same condition, yet the price was the same. :(

The hood is perfect, at least, but nothing what was.

As my stockbroker brother says..."Pigs get fed. Hogs get slaughtered." Just trying not to be a hog and releasing my extra pig to the wild.

Delancy...what I need is the lower one of the two emblems on your blue/white front fender, the "Land Cruiser" script. Have you had a chance to check your fender stash and see if you have an extra?

Fender stash is currently at body mans shop, with the 71 and the 72, with limited accessibility.

I have a request in to go by and pick up fenders, steering column, and the tailgate, just awaiting a reply.

As soon as I have in hand I'll send, or will remove from the 76 and send, as a last ditch effort to fulfill promised parts.

$560, wow. I'd like to see the wagon those are going on, must be beautiful. I try to keep an open mind on things, but man that's high. Don't you think a guy could replate and cut new glass for a lot less.
