Wanted Durango, CO - smog pump belt tensioner square, double threaded piece

My smog pump belt is difficult to get tight and keep tight w/o the tensioner. Anybody got an extra one of these laying around?

I can put together the rest from the hardware store.

I guess to be perfectly OEM stock, I would need this one for the smog pump -

but I'd settle for either.

$OR doesn't have it, but VintageTEqParts.com these guys do. I just don't want to pay $35 for essentially one part as the basic stuff I can get from a hardware store.
