DUMB Question......about rear cargo windows....

I have looked and cannot find the answer. Do the rear cargo windows open up on a 200 as the 100 windows do with a switch? I've googled, looked at pics....cannot find the answer. lol.

Same here but I'll add that I also really miss the 3rd row seats which could be removed without unbolting.
