Hey guys I want to preface this by saying that I am the last person in the world you would hear complain. If I order a steak at a restaurant and they bring me fish sticks, I'll just eat the fish sticks. With that said, Duiser is the worst vendor/online purchase I've ever had to deal with, ever. You pay your money for what looks like a very convenient all-inclusive kit and they might send you half your order and then thats it. You're in the loop that never ends... You email for clarification and/or tracking on the other half of your order. They don't email you back...EVER. So you get on mud and realize this has happened to a whole bunch of us. Some did a lot of digging and came up with Dustin (the owners) number which is 503-632-6872 for you other guys out there wondering. Also their 800 number is 800-686-1948. Last week it said "you've reached Dustin Allamonos" this week is says "you've reached Diesel Adapters" and they promise to call back but they NEVER do. I eventually got a tip that if I emailed Joel Jones (the old owner but now owner of a different shop or something like that) I would have some luck. And Bam I got a call from Dustin. He said that there was a international backorder on knuckle rebuild kits and he had "just" gotten 2 in. He was going to ship me one right then and I would have it by Monday December 14th. I thought I won the lottery. Nope, still waiting and back to sending unanswered emails and calling a phone that says to leave messages that will be returned. For your sanity I urge you not to do business with these guys. It will frustrate the hell out of you. I've sent multiple messages to MUD for them to remove Duiser as a vendor.

If you talk to them, tell em Jason Hansen wants his Tjm brake lines I ordered in January.

Sad to see someone who could have a successful business do this.

Funny. I ordered a 1" body lift through the Duiser website and then read that they had been bought out by Dustin/Diesel Adaptors. I panicked and called DA to double check on my order. Left a message and they called me back the same day and reassured me my order was good. I received my kit in 3 days but I am in Portland so I'm close by. Hope you guys get your stuff soon.

I ordered from them back when it was Jonesy Auto or whatever and had no issues. Seems new owners arent doing so great.

Isn't that something... Dustin does good work, just not enough of it, and Duiser did s*** work but I guess at least you could contact them.

Sorry to hear man, good luck getting your products!

Had to open a dispute with Wells Fargo after weeks of getting no response.

has anyone been in touch with them lately?

order placed for URB recovery package for 100 series 12/8.
received email that they shipped on 12/14
as of today the package has not been picked up by the post office yet.

sent email and a phone call but no response

I ordered the URB package last Saturday and received my parts 4 days later. maybe they are doing better now? I have no complaints. parts look great. putting them on this weekend.

are they actually in business, I bought a skid plate last year and never got anything from them so that was 110 that ill never get back. if they are than id really like the money back as that will be going to other expences

Still have not received my brake lines.

i paid for it with my mastercard so that if i didn't receive the parts i could file a claim with MC.

I could do a claim as well. But you would think Dustin would read this post and want to make things right. If he did I would be cool with it and not have to warn people. Plus I would have my brake lines.

@Jason hansen i have full set you can have from man a fre the rear calipers to hardlines are to short I believe the rest are correct but I never installed and got tired of man a fre promise which never happened so got slee lines, you need um there yours

Thanks Ryan.
