For the life of me I cannot find out how to quickly sync the passenger and driver side climate control temps on my 2008 LX. In literally every car I've owned that's had dual zone controls, there's always been a quick sync button that allows you to simply just press it and viola.... no such feature in mine that I can find.

It's a cdn model LX570 (2008 year). I looked online and there were a couple youtube vids showing this feature however mine doesn't seem to have it.

It's actually kind of a gripe of mine - frustrating to always have to change it manually by hand. We have more than one driver on a regular basis, so for all of you who don't; you don't realize what kind of peace you have lol!!

On my 2011, when you change individual seats temps, this selects the “4 Zone” setting. So if you want the temps to go back to being in sync, you just have to turn the “4 Zone”setting back off, and the other 3 seats will reset back to the driver seat setting.

Same on my 13 LC

Wow, thanks for that! Yes - that's exactly what it does (I just tested it) - sheesh, who knew lol :)

Seems crazy that I've been searching for this info on several LX info brochures, documents, youtube etc and no clear answer. Maybe it's just me (doh!!!) but you'd think there would have been tutorial info on that - to no avail.

What really grinds my gears is turning the rear on auto activates 4 zone, and I have to constantly switch it off when i want to quick cool the cabin as it wont follow the front controls by default. They also got rid of the dead simple rear button too on my model year at least, but i think all 200s.

Run the rear 24x7 - keep things lubed up and helps prevent leaks.

No filter in the rear or I would run it full-time. The evaporator and heater cores are what’s catching all the dust.

They’re right under the plastic cover though - would think they’re easily cleaned with compressed air after removal?

They are actually buried deep within the fan and air distribution box back there. Plus removing rear quarter trim is far over my threshold of climate control basic maintenance.

I typically run mine 9 months out of the year out of necessity. Damn. Is there a thread on addressing this properly anywhere?
