dual battery system with one battery in rear of vehicle ?

so, to be clear, you have 4 batteries in total ? 2 under hood and 2 in back ... ? what does adding a 'group 27' battery to this mix accomplish ?

No when I purchased my LX 470 it had a group 24 battery. I upgraded so that I now have one Group 27 under the hood and two specialty batteries in the rear where the OEM subwoofer used to be. So 3 batteries total.

Unfortunately don't have any shots of the install, the truck is in the shop on the other side of the country, and it's going to be there for a while. Having some major upgrades done while I'm away.
