When I set my AC to blow out the top and feet it is not blowing out underneath on drivers side. Passenger side blows cold. Any ideas why one side blows and not the other?

Check to see if your carpet is covering the floor vents on that side. You'd be surprised how many people miss that thinking there is a real issue with their A/C system.
