Drivers seat not initialized

GX550 Luxury+ and the memory isn't working on the driver's seat. Seat beeps whenever you adjust it. All signs that the dealer didnt initialize or calibrate the seat. Ive watched multiple videos on youtube and tried to reproduce but it's not working. Does anyone know the proper way to calibrate the seats for the new GX?
some videos don't mention the car being on, some say it has to be running, not just in ACC mode, I read last night that the parking brake had to be on in some models.

I'm Trying to avoid the trip all the way back to the dealer. I am suspecting it's something in the My Settings on the touch screen, but I just can't figure it out.

Per TIS This procedure needs to be completed prior to using the functions above which is supposed to be part of the PDI:

1. Operate and hold the slide power seat switch knob to move the power seat to the foremost position. Continue holding the switch for 1 second after the seat has stopped.

2. Operate and hold the reclining power seat switch knob to move the seatback to the foremost position. Continue holding the switch for 1 second after the seatback has stopped.

3. Operate and hold the lifter power seat switch knob to move the power seat to the lowermost position. Continue holding the switch for 1 second after the seat has stopped.

4. Operate and hold the vertical power seat switch knob to move the seat cushion to the lowermost position. Continue holding the switch for 1 second after the seat cushion has stopped.
