These are impossible to find used for Cruisers. There are some other model Toyota that use a similar or compatible handle. I'll try to look today as I do have a few. An alternative that is really easy to find is the the rubber sleeve that is used to tilt the rear seat backs forward. If you remove the screw from the front seat lever you can slide the rubber sleeve onto the lever and you have a nice covering that won't catch on seat belts. Catching on the seat belts is usually what breaks the originals. Use a little dish soap to lube it up for installation. Hairspray also works and when it dries it is like glue so it won't move.
