I have actually no idea what this Jack is from, but I stashed it in the handle in with my parts to save so it has to be some sort of Toyota. Just posting it up in case someone is searching for this exact piece $95 shipped

I have a couple of those somewhere. Believe they are from GM or Chevy trucks

Could be from a Ford van. Had a couple of those in the last fifty years. My 68 FJ40 didn't have a jack when I bought it and Toyota jacks weren't easy to find in wrecking yards
