I used a thin plastic blade from a trim removal set to push the fabric back in around the plastic grill but I only had one side pull out for about 2 inches. That's quite a lot that has come out. I think I've seen others remove the fabric completely and paint the plastic grill black.

You can recloth it with ivory colored speaker fabric for $10 off of amazon. It would require taking the speaker grill off by removing door panel and some speaker refoaming glue to stick cloth back on right. If your current fabric is still in good shape you can just reglue this one by taking it off the door panel.
Easy fix for $10. Otherwise a new speaker grill can be had for $44 OEM.
