Does anyone have recommendations for door jamb protection that doesn't look like garbage? Being tall/clumsy, I find that when exiting my car in close quarters I end up scraping up against the rear passenger door.Looking for something that will protect the door at the driver/rear passenger gap.

Paint protection film....it is clear. My 200 came with it in the areas you marked above. It's like a clear vinyl.
Toyota may sell it for this location as an accessory.

You could reverse this kind of trim so that is covers the back door.
