it's still important to recognize the full scope. The true lens is the one you have to look through...and in this case it is the US market lens. Your so called "big picture" is a red herring to anyone who lives in the US and totally meaningless.
Toyota builds three different levels of durability. The 70 is at the top, followed by the 300, and then the 250. I'm not sure why this is even a debate. The difference can be felt immediately just by shutting the door.''Middle of the picture, bottom of the lineup.'' This is where you're mistaken. Toyota didn’t create a totem pole lineup. They made three Land Cruisers, each designed for different uses and needs. The LC250 is positioned in the middle as the practical choice.
I love it nightlight! This image perfectly captures the simple disappointment 200 owners have with the 250: it is less high-end and luxurious than the 300 (and 200 series) and it is less sturdy and durable than the 70 series (and 200 series). These are the very facts that trigger you and others into tantrums.'' this new fangled LC250 is squarely in the lower end of the Land Cruiser lineup.''' Nah, its in the Center of the Land Cruiser series. You can not fix ignorance and stupidity so it seems.Rock out in your Prado and quit trying to convince others it's better than vehicles that it is clearly not.
If I answer that, I’ll just sound like a broken record. Let’s focus on what’s factual the LC250 is 100% positioned in the middle of the lineup, whether you like it or not.Toyota builds three different levels of durability. So in your mind there is no differentiation in build quality, just marketed to different users?
''You can’t fix ignorance and stupidity, it seems.'' Your computer’s reflection almost took offense to that until it realized who it was pointing back at.You can not fix ignorance and stupidity so it seems.
Define 'middle'.If I answer that, I’ll just sound like a broken record. Let’s focus on what’s factual the LC250 is 100% positioned in the middle of the lineup, whether you like it or not.

Not to anyone in the US.
To many, including myself. I feel like you're the 'Not anyone' here. Not to anyone in the US.
He went home a long time ago.Anyone else want to argue with facts?
well if you could 250 s wouldnt have any owners ….You can not fix ignorance and stupidity so it seems.
Although that would be awesome. It will never happen with the way things work right now. The safety, emissions and tech required to be sold as new here are beyond the 70 series, and the R&D it would take to get it up to those standards is not business feasible.Hopefully they bring the 70 Series to the States.

No, you can't. The troll keeps going if you feed it. Ignore it and it will eventually go back away to its insignificance. You can not fix ignorance and stupidity so it seems.
