As title suggests. I swapped my engine adapters from DCS to TD conversions and now have a slipping clutch. The bore scope revealed the clutch release bearing against the pressure plate fingers.. never had slippage before swapping adapters so I had no reason to investigate the clearance.

Removing everything again (getting good as I can have trans on the ground in an hour now) to investigate and make some measurements between adapters/clutch throw but hoped to find out what the experts thought on the at rest clutch engaged fully (pedal up) clearance.

Pedal adjusted to FSM setting, then tweaked for personal preference. Aisin clutch master/slave. Been operating perfectly for 2 years until this last R&R.

Thanks ahead of time.
