Do I need UCA's with a 2" front leveling kit?

I have done some reading and it appears to be difficult to do a proper alignment once the front is lifted 3" with the stock upper control arms. Does anyone know if only lifting the front 2" to level out the rake would make a difference on the alignment? I want it to track like factory so if I need UCA's I will get them. I pan to run 285/70/17 tires and it sounds like I may need some spacers up front.

I don't know where you read problems aligning the front end, but I put in a 3 inch lift and had a garage align it with no poblems. You should have no problem running a 285/70/17 with a 2" lift. You don't need spaces and you don't need new UCA"S. The only thing you might want to do is the body mount chop. I've heard people running 285/70/17 at extreme angles while turn will get a little rubbing with the tire, but normal drive it's fine

i have the allpro offroad adj coilovers in the front of mine and i havent had any problems with running stock uca's

You should not need ucas for a 2" leveling.
Im running the AP coilovers cranked about 3" I have no problems with alignment (stock UCA).
