Resurrection. What're the proper lugs for steelies? Obviously same M14-1.50 pattern, square shoulder (rather than the conical)?

I second this thread resurrection. I want to put some winter tires on a set of 2015 Tundra 18" steelies I have and put them on a 2003 LC. My head is spinning reading all the threads on wheels/tires/lug nuts/ etc. Thanks everyone!
