Hey guys,

The new 60 has a 190ltr petrol tank :o, and a 85ltr lpg (gas) tank in the mounted in the rear, my question is, do i need heavy duty springs in the rear ??? Im getting them reset asap and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to add a leaf, cos thats alot of weight back there.

What about add-a-leaf? Probably get you where you want to go...on the cheap. As to new spring packs, depends on how bad you're sagging.

You will want them and they will hurt your flex. Consider air bags instead

I think air bags are very good for ocassional load ajustment, as when towing a trailer. For the constant load you describe, I would consider adding a leaf, or getting FJ62 rear springs, which already have more leaves than the stock FJ60 springs - at least on US models.
