Successfully replaced a failed KDSS Stabilizer Control Valve and on my 05 Sport using a cobbled together service tool. Its a simple system once you understand how to interface with it. Recipe for the service tool is linked in the youtube video description.

That is awesome. Thanks for documenting this. Many people are afraid of KDSS, it is actually pretry simple and amazing. To me KDSS is what makes GX special compared to other SUV.

You bet! I found very few resources online specific to the GX470 generation KDSS. The KDSS components function the same, but have completely different layout vs the 460. All I could find was horror stories about people getting robbed at the dealership every time a problem occurred. Fortunately alldata had service procedures specific to the system on the 470. Happy to have my truck working properly again.

Just wanted to thank you for posting this as well. I had to replace the electronic portion on the accumulators last year due to catastrophic corrosion in the connector. There was little support for it. Parts are hard to find too.

Took the GX on the tail of the dragon with working KDSS. It was incredible to me how well it did, how little body roll it had, and how neutral it handled. And this is coming from an S2000 owner.

I know exactly what you mean, turn-in is "crisp" . It freaks people out when I pitch this behemoth into a corner like a sports sedan.
