Distributorless Ignition Tune-up

My wife drives a 1996 4Runner and with the distributorless ignition what would you do as a "tune-up" since there are no plugs, rotor cap, or dist. cap, TIA, Brad.

There are definitely plugs... Still have to fire off that fuel somehow.
I'd consider the following:
Air filter
Fuel filter
Clean MAS
Clean TB
New Plugs
New wires
Adjust any sensors (TPS, etc) to spec.
Flush radiator
SeaFoam
