so my brackets for the rear disks came from proffitt's (best price by the way) 53.00 after shipping. unfortunately, the holes for the caliper pins were 1/2 fine thread and not 7/16. I called and the gentleman i spoke to said that he felt terrible and that the new ones would be shipped out tomorrow morning. he was real apologetic and i am sure it was an honest mistake. it actually was a pleasure speaking to the man since he handled it so well. i have no idea what experiences anyone else has hadd with proffiitts, nor do i know when the cruiser will be back on the road, but i recommend them for the excellent handling of this matter.
