Disconnected wires. What are they?

Sorry for this question, but after some searching I can’t find a schematic that tells me what this is. What are these yellow and black wires that seem to be cut in my 100? They are directly to the left under the steering wheel.

They don't look factory. Trace them back to where they come from.

I can only see the black wire in that picture, but it looks like it's being used as a ground. Agree that they don't look factory, so feel free to remove them if you're not using them.

Not sure if that’s a close up of the wires but they appear to be larger than any factory wires I recall seeing plus they don’t look factory as mentioned above. Do they have any text on them that could tell you if they’re factory or not? Sumitomo comes to mind for text that’s on some factory wires.
