trying to swap 84 -fj60 discs and knucs onto 74-fj40 housing,so far tie rods different, need portioning-valve. what other opsticales can I expect?

the prop valve is for rear disc conversions and doesn't apply to front disc conversions.
You'll need to remove the residual valve....see the tech section for some nice pics on how. FRONT system only if you are only doing front discs, leave the rear residual for the rear drums intact.
