Disabling the telescoping steering wheel in the LX470

mmm i'm going to hook up the computer again on the HDJ and see if i can disable this, LOUD do you remember where it was in techstream?

I dont remember but I'll check tomorrow on my LS, should be the same menus. 2003 was when the C-BEST options were added to the 100s. The earlier models had a different customization process which hoser posted the menus to do it several years ago. The process to disable between my 2000 and 2005 were different but were both done through the OBDII.

I know this is an old thread but I'm sure many if us have the broken tilt or extend motor.

I bought a new tilt motor from partsorq and I tried replacing my tilt motor but that last c clip is so tiny.. .. is there a special trick to put on the small c clip???
