Whats the recipe for that dip you made out at Mtn. Estates? I attemted to recreate that wonderful creation but I think I failed horribly. All I can remember is something about 1lb of sausage 1lb of cream cheese and 1lb of ?????, so I made up my own creation which tasted like the bottom of my shoe. So if you can pass that on, that would be much help to apease my stomach gods.

you had most of it right, just forgot the 1lb of ROTEL tomatoes(get the mild ones or you will feel it in the morning), and rotel is the brand name............

it is a 1 to 1 to 1 recipe, that is the only reason I can make it, it is nice and easy....... oh and the more beers you have the better it tastes ;)

cook the sausage, then drain the grease and throw in the rotel and cream cheese
