Difference in Upper Side Panels (1 Viewer)

I was hoping someone might be able to provide me close-ups of an upper right (passenger) side panel where the door, side panel and top are in contact with one aother from different years (preferrably a '72 vs. later models)? I have a sneaking suspicion the one that is on my '72 is from a later model. Thanks!

The main difference is that the later years have the kick out vents.

The upper left panel is flat where it meets the door and the top. The upper right panel upper right corner slopes down a bit so there is a gap between the top and the panel where the panel meets the door. It doesn't look this was done in an accident or other mishap; it appears to be factory made that way, which is why I was wondering about the differences between years.
