diff information

Hi all, I have recently bought a UK kzj70. It has no diff locks as standard but would like to fit locks. The rear diff is an 8" LSD I believe, and front an 8" open diff? My plan is to remove the rear diff and strip out the carrier and use this for the front, making it a high pinion 8" LSD. Then, use the original open front carrier and fit a Spartan locker to this and fit into the rear. I understand that the bearings are different sizes but can source bearings locally and easily.
Can anyone tell me if this has been done or if it is not possible in any way?

Yes can be done. Many colleagues do this.

I just went for ARB lockers.

I did not know the kzj came with a rear lsd. 1st time I come across this. Usually they are fitted from the lwb's,
