It's not like I have to tell Grease Cruiser, but Proffitt's is out of business. Closed...

I called last week trying to buy one of the remaining two 79 series body's. Kyle told me that he could'nt take my money even if I wanted to pay double the asking price.

But when he mentions that he is looking for a Cummings (Cummins), then he is most certainly looking for a B3.3T

That is really strange. Kyle told me they were still selling a few things and this was just a few days ago. He did mention that it had to be quick and easy as they are wrapping everything up in the next week or so. Maybe selling a 79 body was not "easy". Sorry that did not work out for you.

For what it's worth, there is a Cummins 3BT AKA 334T/M2 which is a three cyl 3.3L turbo diesel. It is essentially a 6.7 that has been cut in half. It comes in Case/ New Holland skid steers and makes about 80 HP and 225 ft/lbs of torque. It would be ideal for turning a modern Ram truck into a hybrid but would be a bit tall for a Land Cruiser
