Did Big O tires cut a hole in my floorboards?

Drive noise. Appears to be they bent or dislodged rear brake shield.

I got an oh s*** out of them on the 109 torque setting on wheel nuts.

The splash shields can easily be damaged by the rim tagging it when being removed or installed. Some rim and tire combinations are quite heavy and contribute to this issue. Thankfully, it's easily fixed.

For your wheel bolt torque, if they're late style alloys with shank nuts, 76 ft lbs. Write it in the door jamb with a permanent marker near the tire size and pressure label. Early cone-seat lugs and steelies are higher torque and 109 is correct.

Done and done. (Used a label maker for the door jam-aka the most useful device my OCD wife ever bought that I thought I'd hate, but now really love) Confirmed at 76ft/lbs!!!!
