Diagnostic plug

Hello there people. My bro has just taken his LX470 to the main dealer for a diagnosic check, but they cannot seem to find where to plug there kit into. They said its not in the usual 2 places. Can any1 shed some light?

It is above the accellerator right where the floor heater duct blows.
