For those of you not going to the TTR Jamboree early, we're still having a meeting at Hard8 BBQ this Thursday at 7pm.

I believe the calendars will be there for those of you who want to purchase one.

I'll be there with copies of Toyota Trails.
Nick

Will there be any "round-up" business to handle? I have offered to help, but no one seems to need any?:meh:

I spoke with Chad last week and I will talk to Butch this weekend.
According to Chad, we didn't do a lot until after the Jamboree.

Hang with us, I'm sure there will be lots to do in the coming weeks.
Happy Trails! N

Sorry Perry for not getting back to you on this. Nick's right, there will be plenty to do. Most of the pre-planning is going well, but we'll need volunteers to handle jobs during the event. Once we get a little more organized and have a list of jobs we need filled, we'll task the volunteers with those.
Thanks.

well me and another cruiser head went out there but think we missed everyone... we were 45 minutes late. we saw a blue 40 and a black 80 we drove in his gray 62

Sorry bout that. Since there were only a handful of us, we sat inside where it was warm.

The calendars are here. Chris is bringing them to the Jamboree.

We discussed the Roundup some. After the Jambo, we'll get together and come up with a list of jobs we need help with. The main one is that we'll need volunteers to man the registration table during the event. We'll come up with a signup sheet soon. Other than that, if anyone has any hookups for raffle prizes those are always welcome. Of if you think you can get a significant discount on something, let us know. We'll likely spend some club money buying prizes this year.

this may be off on a different tangent but ever since the meetings were moved to hard 8 it seems as though that's when the turn out started to go down. Has there been anymore talk about moving it closer to the dallas area? I am not the greatest about showing up but personally for me i was able to make more meetings when it was off NWhwy then out there. Just a thought.

We hadn't talked about it, but it's not ruled out. I'll start another thread and we'll discuss it.
