I’m about to send $170 (or is it $171 now?) through PP for all the desmog parts for my 1987 FJ60, but I wanted to ask a question first:
When guys send you their carb and dizzy, do you simply rebuild the carb, or do you machine it/re-jet it for the re-curved dizzy, or any other special touch? I rebuilt my carb last week and I think it is running well, I'm considering sending you my dizzy though but I don't want to half-step things and not get as good results. Sorry if this has already been addressed.

Changes from OE spec are made to all carb rebuild. More deviation from smog legal OE spec is allowed on carbs earmarked for desmog installations.
