Denso 1HD-T/1HD-FTE injector service FSM

Hi Guys,

Have I found a Denso FSM anyone here attempt to rebuild service their own injectors?
It seems pretty straightforward and easy if you have the right tools and can get the right replacement parts.

A heads-up to anyone intending to rebuild their 1HD-T injectors: I discovered last week that Denso has ceased production of some sizes of 1HD-T pressure adjusting shims listed in the Toyota FSM chart. Consequently, Toyota now shows those shim sizes as delisted. Denso USA still has a stock of the delisted sizes, but says there will be no more when they’re gone. Anyone needing shims might want to check availability and stock up now. The Denso part numbers can be found in the manual posted by veiloctane.

good to know. just got injectors rebuilt and new shims installed last night. i’ll be good for a while. guess
