Hoses clamp are different, vertical before 2007 and a little oriented on the side after 2007.
The electric switch for the magnetic clutch of the post 1999 are 12 volts and your 75 is 24V.

I have a 12-volt truck. So it sounds like only the ports on the compressor are different. Thanks!

Some 75 have been produced in 12 volts but most are in 24V : where does he came from ?
