yeah... I really like the way my 60 is but the more I wheel it, the more I hate sheetmetal and its big butt. I find myself backing out of things because I dont want to smash up the sheetmetal... so I'm tryinng to brainstorm and get some ideas to make this more of "truggy" and get rid of some sheetmetal. A whole new world is opening up for me now that it isnt my daily driver anymore. :)

Dude ..

Circle .. there is a time when you thing you are done .. but aren't .. when you pull out all carpet and seats .. full exo cage and ....... etc you will found you in the rig of your dreams but unconfortable ..

Buy another one and start again ..

Yeah, I know...Its damn tough to have the patience to build a buggy when you got guys like Medusa, LT and D-LUX (among others) going places I know my rig will make ( or almost make) but I'm afraid to cave my body panels. My 60 is a very capable rig and its tough to move onto another project knowing that whats under my body panels is a good wheeler.

I dunno...

So you get your rig to similar stats as those guys and envy the buggy guys for where they can go..


Keep your rig nice and build a buggy.. They can be built inexpensively..

Cruiser envy is a b*tch. :) I think in the end though that's probably good advice. I suppose I should stop dumping money in the 60 now and start accumulate parts for a buggy...
 
I've got a long list for my 40...and have been stalling for some time....

buggy plans are on the list....collecting parts now, wanna start building in about a year....

Just dont use that :rainbow: 4.3 you are planning on.....get at least a 5.3 V8......don't want that tool Eskimo to have more displacement than you, do you?
