how can we get this info about this meet to locals who dont know about the clubhouse section?

ive sent a few PM's out to locla son here who dont visit the clubhouse

Clubhouse?

You are in the clubhouse section of the IH8MUD forum. Our clubhouse ia Florida Land Cruiser Association. If you click on "FORUM"above our header at the very top of the page it will take you to the general IH8MUD forum. You could post under the Social Forums under Trails-Events-Expeditions however you would be posting for the whole world wide community. It's best to post under the clubhouses that you would want to inform or other forums like the FJ Cruiser Forum.

Archie how did you know what I am wearing ?

Do you have a camera in here ?

Now I have to find something esle to wear thanks alot pal .

One day we all hope to be as cool as Rocky.

We can only aspire for that much greatness! The best we can hope is to have some of it waft gently in the breeze and land gently at our feet...

Or is that the gas???

Wish you were here?!?

I wish I was too! Unfortunately, I have felt worse today than all of last week. That's the pleasure of "walking pneumonia"...try to be active and it kicks your ass.

In case someone reads this before tomorrow: Cactus car wash has mud removal for 10 bucks. Watching it go through now.

What a remarkable turn out !!

I think the count was 14 Land Crusier and 1 Jeep .

Archie sorry you had to miss out on all the action . I really hated you missin the Hawwaiian Tropic Hottie down by the pond . But don't worry I looked enough for both of us . :bounce::princess::D

You will be proud to know the nightly campfire was the hit if the event as always . I'm just glad to say it wasn't me this time . I do believe we have a young enpiring man to take my place , what cha think Carter .

It was good to put the forum names to the person , I hope we keep going in the direction we're going . The more we have at these weekend events the better .

Luis's out door theater , it's doesn't get much better than that . Watching past wheelin trips , past the bottle and jar around while sit by the campfire . What away to end the evening .

Let's see some pictures , post'em up .

Take your place? No one can do that!

I had to get towed home. Got onto 75, dash lit up like a christmas tree. I'm pretty sure my alternator bit it, so I'm either going to rebuild it or I'm going to upgrade it to a 100A Sequoia one (I already got the custom bracket, might as well use it!)

I had a great time myself. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a little bit cooler weather - I'm not a fan of sweating to death when you're tearing down camp at 8AM :)

Thanks to all the people that made it to this weekend event and those that gave me a hand in accomodating my family in your vehicles. They really had a blast. Archie we really missed you this weekend and we hope that you are feeling better. This event was absoultly perfect; good run , good food and nice entertainment  . I hope that we can continue to have great events like this one.

I put it in my calendar. I'll see if I can sell a few non critical body parts to afford some stuff...

FJC is out of the garage!

Looks like good times at HR but while you were getting muddy I installed my front diff and axles this weekend. I ended up sending the clamshell to ECGS to be rebuilt with the new 4.56 gears. I think with their warranty this was my best option.

Passenger side axle

I am not an organized or tidy shadetree mechanic

Dug into the axle a little which is when I realized I did not have the right tool to put the factory bands back on the boots. I ordered a set of clamps from Pfran from the vendor section here. After no response for three days I pinged him and got a 4 word reply that he was looking into it. I am hoping they will come in soon. I am itching to get into some sand to see the difference with the new gears.
