Just got back from my first long trip (up to BC) in my 200 and myself and the buddies with me were surprised by how difficult it is to keep the windows defrosted. Anybody have any tips?

Any chance your HVAC Recirculate door has been broken in a poorly executed cabin filter change? This is a common issue, and if you aren't able to bring in outside air, you may have issues with defrost effectiveness.

Door actuator is in fact broken. I see there is a fix for this on Etsy, is that the way to go?
Yes. Some have been able to glue. Mine was only mildly broken and I was able to put in back in place but one more ham-fisted tech will surely do mine in so I will be ordering the Etsy fix soon.

Manually pulled the recirc door down and ordered the piece from Etsy. Man oh man, this thing sure works well when its working properly!
