deepest water you have crossed

I am curious how deep of a river people have crossed in a 100-200 without the electronics getting f---d.
I am doing a trip across Russia and there are a couple of deep rivers I have done before in an 80 series. Depending on actual date and snow runofff if you look for a shallow pace it will be 5' in places and we look for narrow areas that are 30 or 40 yards across and travel in 2 or 3 vehicles.
