My wife and I got into a fairly serious accident last month (we were in a rental). We are looking to sell our Land Cruiser due to our medical expenses and injuries, we can no longer enter and exit the car without feeling pain. Accident photo here.

As you can see in the pictures below, this is a very clean 40th Anniversary edition Land Cruiser #1410. Clear and clean title. It has only 98K miles (average of only ~6500 miles/year). The paint and clear-coat is very good for a 1997, the only significant body fault is that the rear driver’s side fender flare and mud flap is off the car (I do have it for the new owner but one of mounting tabs is missing), aside from that this is a 15 year old truck so there will be a few minor scratches and dings . The interior is nice but again understand you are looking at an used vehicle and should not expect perfection. This car has an accident free history and validated with all of the original and matching Toyota VIN stickers present on body panels, doors, tailgate, etc. This was originally a CA car for the better part of its life and it shows. For the last three years it lived at a 8000 acre hunting retreat and farm in Southern VA, until I purchased it earlier this year for my toy/winter vehicle.

There are a fair number of modifications done to the car and I will list them out to the best of my recollection:

**No lockers
**Toyota / TRD Supercharger
**Custom exhaust with Magnaflow parts
**Old Man Emu (OME) suspension lift and stabilizer bar
**ARB front bumper
**Warn M8000 winch with winch controller
**Kaymar rear bumper with swing out tire carrier, jerry can holder, and light (light needs to be rewired)
**Hitch
**IPF spotlights
**Safari snorkel
**Auxiliary/Expansion tank (car can hold approximately 33 gallons of gas)
**New battery in 2010
**Jaos Excel II wheels
**New 285 General Grabber tires 1/2012 purchase date
** 2 spare wheels and tires (tires are dry rotted)

The car runs amazingly smooth with all the upgrades and I am sure there are some modifications I am missing but the major modifications are obviously the supercharger, suspension, and the body armor on the vehicle. There is currently an intermittent CEL code on the car, the P0401 EGR code, a common one for this model Land Cruiser but it does not affect driving. Issues with the car are 1) as mentioned above, rear driver’s fender flare and mudflap. 2) Antenna does not retract or extend any more, I only listen to CDs so this doesn't bother me. 3) Wood trim faded/discolored. Other than that, all functions work, AC is cold. Heat is hot, power seats, sunroof, and windows all go up and down. Car runs and shifts smoothly. Brakes and tires are in good condition. It's a nice and reliable truck. Just passed VA inspection in Nov. 2011.

Asking $14000 OBO, due to my circumstances I am motivated to sell. If you are an out of state buyer, I will offer to fly you in on my dime if purchased at the asking price. I have the Carfax report as well for serious parties. Thanks for looking and let me know if you have any questions.

I updated the list. It seems like some of the wording got lost when I copy and pasted it from Word (any reason why I can't edit my original post?).

Also, I'm right by IAD airport, I can fly the buyer in at my expense if sold at the asking price, thanks all.

Sorry to hear about the accident. I hope that you all make a speedy recovery.

Thanks 1994TLC.

All PMs responded to, also Kaymar rear bumper and M8000 Warn winch.

By the way, we were able to find the driver's rear fender flare and the mud flap. One of the tabs broke off and it has some surface scratches, I'll leave it for the new owner since I know many prefer the flare-less look.

Saw this today on rt 50. Nice rig! GLWS

Thanks! ^^

BTW, I put it on eBay Friday night. I thought I had put a reserve on it but apparently it went on there without a reserve, DOH! I'll leave it on there a few days and get some foot traffic and take it off if it doesn't get any decent action. Link here:

You ought to edit the pics on ebay to hide your license #. Just a precaution...

how come I cannot see the pics at all? The link is broken. Can you please repost the link? Thanks!

^^ not sure, did you try the ebay link and the google link?

Is this happening to anyone else?

Just tried both links and they work for me. Nice rig and GLWS. I'd be all over it if I wasn't already sitting on two.

The google link doesn't work, but the ebay link does. Very nice, too bad that you are across the country from me, or else I would have picked this one up over a heartbeat.

What OME springs are you running front and rear?

I've decided to roll the dice and leave the car on eBay so if you are interested please place a bid, it's at $11.1k right now.
