Has anyone had the pleasure of taking their 60 or 40 through DC emissions? My 60 has all stock smog equipment connected and a recently rebuilt carb. I was playing around with the idling yesterday and she idles pretty well at 650 rpm but it seems as if she's running a little rich(I got her shipped from Florida so the climate change may have something to do with it).
1. What's the proper way to lean out my carb to pass emissions?
2. Are there any peculiarities in the DC emissions test that I should be aware of before going?
