read several threads about the caps and seems most people are happy with the Cruiser Corp version. They are sold out and the Cool Crusier version looks identical, even the price. Two Questions:

1. Anyone have the Cool Crusiers version that have pros or cons?
FJ60 Original Style Dash Cover

2. Does it get installed with the dash still installed or do you take off the dash install cap on top, then put it back on?

#1. I think they are the same dash cap.

#2. it gets installed with the dash still on. Takes less than 15 minutes to install and most people (me included)don't even glue it down because it fits so well.

Great. I did read an idea about a couple pieces of Velcro to avoid glue and still have a little extra.

My FJ55 dash cap fit perfectly without glue, but both of my FJ40 caps have required a lot of caulk to glue them down. The only problem with not gluing (caulking) it, is that it may warp in the hot sun and pull away from the dash.
