Forgive me if this has already been covered, but I was unsure of which search terms to use. There is a dark grey trapezoid in one of the camera views, which I am hoping can go away. Please see the picture below. Thank you in advance.

I know exactly what your talking about, the only way I know how to make it go away is to put it in 4lowAnybody see what I am talking about? The upside down 2-D pyramid with the top cut off. Is there a way to make it go away?
My only guess as to why it's there in regular view but not in 4low is some legal issue, basically to make sure you don't drive via the camera on the street. Just my guess, but yeah I'm with you I tried to get rid of it when I first got my rig also!Forgive me if this has already been covered, but I was unsure of which search terms to use. Solid black and bigger on my 2013 LX.
FWIW, I haven't pulled the manual again, but it specifically alludes to the blocked view as prevention for driving with it above a certain speed.
i wonder if that can be turned off via techstream...
If not, it would be great if some hacker could figure out a reflash that would eliminate it.
So far I haven't had any luck figuring out how to jailbreak QNX, but if/when I figure out a way you can be sure that I'll post a thread on it here. Once I can get past the boot loader and into a running QNX OS, all bets are off![]()
Execute! (ok technically "make executable")Btw, while driving yesterday, I saw a Subaru with the NH license plate "CHMOD+X".
