Dangerous brake lockup on highway

Mine did the exact same thing to me bout a month ago maybe. I have new steering rack bushings but haven't had the time to R&R them yet. My rack does indeed move almost 1/2 an inch. Had the wife turn the wheel for me before I jacked it up and set it in stands.

Straight as an arrow down the highway at about 70-80mph and out of the blue it braked down hard on one front wheel then as the body yawed it braked the opposite rear wheel. Seems to not happen at all unless I am over 45mph.
I'll check the ABS sensors as well but wow it'll scare ya no doubt!

I also had odd cruise control disengagements on the freeway.

When I do my steering rack bushings I'm also going to check the torque of my front wheel bearings as there is the slightest wiggle at 12 & 6.

Also make sure your zero point calibration and yaw sensor clearing is done so it knows straight is straight!

Would failing to perform a Zero Point Calibration be an underlying factor here? I think this procedure gets overlooked post lift, post alignment because most installers /alignment shops don't know or take the time to do it or don't have the techstream tool to do it.
