i tell you what i am not goin that direction with you guys today.
the personal attacks are not going to force me into paying for the goods again.

i have had many transactions since then bought and sold trucks parts without incident.

it's like the one bad customer talkin s*** vs. thousands of good customers praising your business.

people always remember the bad one.

Makes me realize how cool and trusting most of the interaction on MUD is when you see this sort of idiot and carrying on, it's his (TCC) loss long term.

I have some stuff on the way from MUD classifieds, seller checked cost of postage even though it was more than what he was asking for the goods.

No he didn't post before I sent funds, I didn't ask him to and with the postage and distance it would have been stupid but if I were local I think he would have trusted me, main thing is the parts I want have left the US and are on the way, soon to be in my grubby mitts.

if they have been here for a while then i USUALLY trust them. if they post only parts for sale or are newbies then no way...

Lunyou outed me -- I gots a vajay-jay, and a motorcycle, and at least 1 long gun, and I get paid to break things and fix people, when I'm not cruising around on Mud.

TCC was my first-ever Mudbay transaction, and I've since bought & sold all kinds of thing on Mud with absolutely no problems. I've shipped before receiving payment, and would do so again, to a 'known' Mudder with a good reputation.

I expedited the items b/c TCC said he hoped to receive them before leaving for a trip. I won't bore you with all the PMs cluttering up my mailbox, but I find it interesting that Dan now states he signed for the package when he claimed to me that he found it after his trip, under a pile of other boxes.

It would be very interesting to see a copy of the MO allegedly cashed, or even the report he claims to have received from the post office when he allegedly tracked it.

Ifn anybody wants to see my copy of the USPS receipt I'll post it up next time I'm at work. I offered to meet someone to pick up the items when I drove through LA this spring and got no response.

Mudmods did indeed decline to restore the first thread.
