Selling my beloved 2003 Toyota Land Cruiser
Thundercloud Metallic, Dark Grey Leather

Clean NY Title in hand. No liens. Couple of minor accidents on CARFAX. No accidents during my ownership. Has a small parking lot dent/scuff on rear passenger fender and a ding on driver fender. Otherwise in decent shape for a 21 year old truck but does show wear, small rock chips, few rust bubbles, etc.

~374,500 miles, have owned it 2.5 years, bought at 335,000 miles. Have done extensive maintenance (more than $13K!) in ~40k miles of ownership. Receipts for more than $10K of repairs available for review. Major preventative maintenance done under my ownership has been with OEM parts by a master Toyota technician and well-known LC specialist in Lewisville, TX. Had planned to keep this thing forever, but life happens. Drove it cross-country multiple times and it has never let me down or left me stranded in true 100 series fashion. Hope it can bring its next owner the same joy it brought me.

Weather Tech mats all around, interior is in very good shape.
Will include original 3rd row seats with purchase. They may have been sat in 2 or 3 times. Essentially brand new.
Truck sits on stock rims and Michelin tires. Will include spare set of 4 Tundra rims on newer Bridgestone Dueler tires with sale (pic included).
25% Xpel Ceramic tint on all windows and rear windshield.

Work done:
-Rear differential changed at 340k miles with unit from a low mile car ($1000)
-Front seat bottoms refinished with new leather, second row replaced with almost new seats from a crashed car ($1000)
-Alternator replaced at 345k miles with OEM Denso unit ($500)
-All 4 brakes and rotors replaced at 348K miles ($1000)
-Extensive service by local Land Cruiser specialist at 351K miles including replacement of timing belt, water pump, drive belt, thermostat, rear main seal, valve cover gaskets, all 4 shocks, additional suspension components, oxygen sensors. This was $6700+
-Gas tank replaced with low mile OEM unit at 362K miles ($1000)
-Battery replaced at Costco with 24F AGM unit ($200)
-Radiator, radiator hoses, thermostat, coolant flush, power steering hoses all replaced with OEM units at 367K miles ($1700)

Work to be done:
-Car has been sitting for a few weeks. Battery does not hold charge. It is less than 1 year old and alternator is 2 years old, suspect there may be parasitic battery drain. Do not have the time to further investigate. Starts right up with a jumper pack, runs and drives well. Can share a video of start up if you'd like to hear it run.
-Check engine light comes on from time to time with codes for catalytic converters (P0420/30). Truck passed TX emissions inspection without issue this year.
-Originally a Kansas and Ohio car, does have some rust on the frame and a few body panels as well as behind the right rear quarter panel by the AC line. Front windshield was replaced under previous ownership. There is likely rust forming around the seals as I have seen occasional water intrusion into the cabin with downpours.

Has been my daily driver without issue through my ownership. Took it to Sarasota, FL from Dallas, TX in August (1500+miles round trip) with my toddler and family in tow. Not a single hiccup.

Can be a great project for someone with the skills to fix the above issues and restore it, or a phenomenal parts truck if you’ve already got a 100 series and need powertrain/interior components. I recently bought a 200 series as a daily and have other cars/toys. Just do not have the time to drive this beast anymore, as much as I love it.

Selling as-is for $6500 or best offer. Pick up in the DFW. DM for further information or additional pics/videos.

Sweet high mileage blank slate GLWS.

Mind sharing who did the seat bottoms for your?
Thanks. The front seat bottoms are “US Auto Nation,” Houston based company. Did those myself on a Saturday morning. Thought they came out pretty close to OEM and have held up well. Second row is from a 2006 LC. Bought that off of a former member.

Looking to move this sooner rather than later as I need the driveway space; make me a reasonable offer! Happy to answer any questions or send additional pictures/videos

Sunroof still work without any issues? Does it have rear AC, and does the system have any leaks?

My cruiser got rear ended this week. Still driveable, but wondering if it might be easier to just pick up this.

Sorry to hear. Hope everyone is ok.

Truthfully, I do not use the sunroofs in my cars. But it opened and closed without any issues last time I tried several months ago. It does not leak.

Rear AC works well. No leaks in the system that I know of.

I almost never used mine either, but that's actually the problem. Used it so little the tracks are somewhat seized up and it's a struggle to slide it open. Generally not an issue for me, but if I ever need to clear the drain lines again it's going to suck.

Gotcha, that makes sense. Didn’t see any evidence that mine were seizing but could see that becoming a pain.

Finally had the opportunity to check this afternoon..my sunroof works without any issues or hiccups. Can share video if anyone is interested.

I have also listed the truck on eBay. The link is embedded in the original post.
