This is a good one. Not from one of my jobs though. The basic story is that the construction drawing had been revised to show somekind of cut out in the concrete floor. In the drafting world, revised drawings are typically indicated by showing a revision "cloud" around the revised portion of the drawing. In this instance the worker cut out the opening the shape of the revision cloud.......
